🔁 Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

2. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to contact@treatsy.ie informing us of your intention to return the product. The item must be returned within 14 days of submitting your return request.

3. Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
